 Our forest Honeys are collected from two major forest areas

Majang Forest

Registered as a biosphere reserve and included in the network of world biosphere reserves by the MAN and the biosphere program (MAB) of UNESCO in July 2017 the Majang forest biosphere has unique biodiversity and diverse species of both flora and fauna.

The honey that comes from this area has a dark amber color, a strong flavor characterized by a little sweet with salty notes and a floral, malty and very intense aroma.

Sheka Forest

The Sheka Forest located in the southwest area of the country, is known as the last indigenous forest in Ethiopia. Another official biosphere reserve, the Sheka Forest is home to many endemic flora and fauna species. The honey from this area has an off white to creamy color, a grainy texture with a sweet and floral taste.
